105% - Alyssa W.

All of the people that I coach aspire to one specific thing...reaching 100% of their personal support goal.  The ministry of fundraising is wonderfully challenging.  Often described as "the crucible" or as "sprinting a marathon," it is always a cause to celebrate when one of my coachees reaches their goal.

Much prayer, Bible study, training, and strategy goes into preparation.  Many appointments, phone calls, and thank you notes goes into execution.  Week after week I am on the phone with the people I coach encouraging, trouble shooting, and holding accountable.  This week, I got to finish strong with a dear friend and move our relationship to "as needed."

I would ask that you join with me celebrating a fully funded missionary to the harvest fields.  This week Alyssa W. surpassed her fundraising goal and is released to begin full time employment with Young Life.  I am proud of Alyssa and expectant of the work the Lord will continue to do in and through her.

Thanks to all of my supporters who make this ministry possible.  Your support of my coaching role allows for us to send more harvest workers into the field.
