Cross Cultural Orientation

One of the highlights of Jeff's ministry year is Young Life's Cross Cultural Orientation.  This week long training brings nearly all of the International Staff that Jeff currently coaches together.  While most of the time the participants are "drinking from the fire hose" learning about culture shock, language acquisition, and ministering cross culturally, there were rich opportunities to connect with folks and deepen our relationships.
