The busiest season of Allison's role with Young Life is wrapping up. To refresh, Allison's new role with Young Life is to follow up with all of the Expedition teams (short term missions overseas) and give each trip participant the opportunity to stay connected and invested in the ministry they just served in that country. A lot of phone calls...but Allison enjoys hearing about each trip participant's experience overseas. Here is one snip-it from a conversation Allison had with a trip participant who traveled to Tanzania to help run a Young Life camp there:
"I was blown away by the consistency of the ministry being done between the states and Africa! Even though Africa may have fewer resources and materials, that doesn't change the quality of ministry being done and the vehicle that is used to reach kids for Christ. Great
